Great product easy ordering

Part is defective.

This was my second order for toyota parts. The first order was correct and in proper packing. The second order for filters, was stuffed in a box that was too small for the filters. The filters boxes and air filters were smashed. The oil filters were fine but the air filter elements were squished and bent. The seal look OK otherwise I would have called and returned them. Please proper size box for the parts!

I needed a sway bar bracket that was only available in OEM. Price was reasonable, shipping was cheap, and it worked as it should.

ORDER #R-70546 - Placed 07/27/2026 My experience with this parts dealership has been very poor. Several items are missing from my order. I called and they stated they could reship the items but they never did. I would not recommend purchasing from this dealership.

Parts came in today. Haven't installed yet. These were big awkward parts but pretty light weight. Packaging was no doubt challenging but seems good, thorough. Everything appears to have no damage at all. That's pretty remarkable these days. Price was 30% of MSRP as I recall so that was nice too. Vendor was very easy and quick with communication as necessary. English was first language of the only person I spoke with . Thank you!!!!! This comment has nothing to do with this vendor: I felt obligated to purchase these parts to accommodate a spare tire for our new Toyota Crown Signia which only comes with fix a flat type junk. Shame on you Toyota!
