Five wiper blades, for two different model cars, were loose in a box without any packaging or marking to indicate part number. No idea id they're even the right parts. On visual inspection, Some of them dont seem to match the size of any of the existing wipers.

Poor communication, slow shipping, and not even the right part.

Overall I'm satisfied

My part leaved warehouse late, impossible to be at the door into promised time. That make me think about bad managing orders. Better address this issue or increase delivery time.

Prices were great and the people that I talked to were friendly. The reason it's a 4 and not a 5 is when l opened the box of parts, some of the spark plugs had come out of there individual boxes and were floating around the box.

Parts are installed

The product was okay but the shipping cost was way too high I buy huge items from multiple vendors and get free shipping. As a dealership you should offer free shipping! The shipping cost was almost the same as the product! Never again. I’ll stick with eBay.
