I thought I had ordered the correct wiper inserts but you site could do better in ensuring the right part is ordered. The left wiper insert is correct. The right wiper insert is not correct but at least it is long so I’ll use a sharp knife to trim it to size.

Shipping was expensive for a tiny light bulb.

Unfortunately took over a week to even get a response on my order after two messages, after that parts came quickly and were what I ordered.

I had ordered and was charged for 15 mud guard clips but only received 10. I wrote to company to let them know the mistake and have not received any reply. It has been weeks since I let them know.

order # 65405 i ordered part # 85319-21031 for a 2014 Scion tc and according to the diagram it is supposed to come with the filler cap and dipstick when all i received was the water neck. i've tried emailing and got no answer back. please help me resolve this problem so i can review your dealership properly. thank you Ernest.
