My order was delayed, I received no communication or update until I initiated a question via the online contact us email portal. I was told it would ship, it did not, I was told i would get expedited shipping, I did not. I requested a refund of my shipping costs because of the delay, I received no response. My order was significantly delayed. I feel pretty dissapointed with the whole experience. No one has responded to my request for a refund of the shipping costs.

Order for a battery hold down bolt was placed Wednesday, September 9th. Estimated delivery was 13th -15th. Cool. Problem is that the package wasn't processed until the 12th, and was only picked up on the 14th. ETA was updated to the 19th, a Saturday. USPS massively dropped the ball and now won't deliver until the 21st. Thanks mostly to USPS, three weeks have elapsed. Good thing I don't need this part.

I bought a part because of the arrival date and paid extra for the faster shipping. When it didnt ship in time I called and was told it shipped and would arrive the next day. Several days after that I got an email saying it shipped. I still have not recieved the part and its more than a week after it said it would arrive. Next time I wont bother and just pick it up locally. At least I will have the part in a timely manner.

Received a used part

The order process was easy and smooth. I was initially sent the wrong filters. When I called, the correct filters were immediately sent out to me. Great customer service!!

They sent the part in a sturdy box, didnt get bent in shipping. Took 10 business days to arrive but maybe they had to get it shipped and then ship it to me. Thanks for helping me get parts to fix a leak on my 2006 Tundra.
