Box was damaged on sides from shipping, however I think the styrofoam help with impact. I haven't opened it yet due to not being ready for installation.

Fan looks to be made well just don't move as much air as expected after all the hype all over the internet.

I bought three fan's and only two of them worked. The electrician installed the two that worked. You guys wanted me to send you a video of the broken fan, but I would have to get the Electrician back out here and it would cost more than I paid for the broken fan.

Order experience was great, ordered 8 PU fans for my new shop/offices and entertainment room. We got 120”, 3-72” and 3-42”. They haven’t been installed yet but looking forward to it. Shipping was quick.

I ordered 2 of the 100in fans. Got them in and 1 was missing the some of the screws to install the fan blades. Cant complete installation without them. I called and reported it and the hoops yall make people go through to get parts is ridiculous. I had to take pictures and a video to submit to you of the entire contents of the box (some of which was already installed and wired in) to prove i was missing items (screws) when it was clear the package that holds the screws which was un-opened and supposed to have 15 of, only had 10. It was a clear bag and yall still didnt want to send replacements. After I got a lil unruly because of the crap yall were saying and requiring your 2nd level management decided yall would "send it over to manufacturing for review" and about 2 days later I got an email stating yall have decided to send me the 5 screws that were missing but it would take 2 weeks to receive not over night them to me 2 WEEKS. . . . I just went to home depot and got them off the shelf (pk of 10 for 2. 00) so I could install my fans. Yall are a JOKE and would NEVER recommend anyone to order from you.

I wouldnt purchase this fan. It isnt quiet. Almost sounds like grinding on the inside.

The online store was great, the ceiling fan itself was exactly what I was looking for and needed, but the customer service has been terrible. A 6-inch downrod was missing from one of my two packages. I contacted customer service via email. I have been emailing with customer service for two weeks and still have not received my missing item. When I get responses from them, it is never during business hours and it will be 24 hours later until I hear back and between 12am - 2am. I have also called, but it's just a place to leave a message. The other box had all the parts, and we successfully installed it. It looks great, it works great, it was just as advertised. But the customer service experience thus far, has not been helpful and will make me think twice on purchasing from Parrot Uncle again.
