Would have given 5 stars but I am still waiting on the 120” fan. Ordered 5 fans of various sizes and all but the biggest one came in fairly quickly. Still no word on when the last fan will ship

Honestly, the hub of the fan was bent. We were able to straighten it out. I don't know what happened. It was packed good.

Item never arrived

I bought two fans for my shop. One of them worked great, the other one did not. The motor was not good. I could not reach Parrot Incle to send it back, and the electrician was coming back soon. I bought another one and it worked fine. Now I have the one left that does not work. Maybe I can get a refund?

Still waiting on my fans been over a month since i ordered them

The items are still back ordered so no delivery. Did receive message of the delay after asking about the delay.

Well so far not So great I paid for a fan and I’m not even sure if it’s shipped or when it’s coming

Got sent the wrong part, but customer service was great and I got the correct part sent. Installed in my fan and everything works great again!

The online store is easy to search for what you’re looking for. Large selection of beautiful fans. Ordering was easy and delivery was surprisingly quick. I received my fan in 3 days. Im anxious for installation but my space won’t be ready for another month. I haven’t opened the box yet but I know when I do I’m going to love it once it’s installed
