Overall experience was great. Missing a screw and was told to go but it myself. Was real upset about that. Great customer service would have sent a replacement immediately. But still happy over all.

Same review as my last purchase. I have recently purchased and installed two of the 100" fans. I reported on the first purchase that the light dimmer would not raise or lower the lighting level. What ever the preset level is, is what you get. When you attempt to change you do hear an audible sound but nothing happens. Obviously a manufacturer's problem somewhere. Outside of that, these appear to be a good fan for the price and cant wait for next summer to see how they improve air circulation in my shop.

The art work is wonderfully done. The canvas and frame are well constructed. I am well pleased with my purchase

I have ordered from you a twice now. I said I would not order from you again when the down rods I ordered were lost in our mail room for nearly a month. For a reason you could not explain to me you used a fictional last name of “Null” on my first order. You folks literally put me through hell. You wrote an apology email and of course went crazy when I submitted a one star review. I assumed you would fix your system. So I needed one more 100” fan to finish a rather large project and I wanted them to all match so I ordered again, three months after the first nightmare. Guess what, the download was late again and once again “Null” was used instead of my last name. Pathetic systems I all I can say! The product is good but FIX YOUR PROBLEM! You have graduated to two stars even though you deserve only one. Oh, by the way trying to bribe people like me with $10. 00 to change my prior review is unethical. So I will say it again, FIX YOUR SYSTEM!

I was never told I had to wait a month for my fans to ship.

I needed to change the fan I ordered and customer support was able to get it done. I haven’t installed it yet so we’ll see how that goes.

Still waiting for the extension rods to be able to install the fans.

Excellent communications with Customer Service. Fantastic set of 84 inch fans for my new 3,000 sq ft shop. They're about 18 feet in the air and provide a nice breeze across the entire shop. 6 speeds is awesome and extremely quiet !

Very pretty and elegant looking once up. Blades seem like a plastic composite but you cant tell when up. Matches the old school study vibe im going for. Going to get night light bulbs for less output as no dimmer ability. Fan is very quite. Only very minor complaint is it makes a beep when you turn light andor fan on, seems unnecessary.

Such a great fan! Decently easy to assemble. The options of light warmth, fan, speed, timer, and whatever wind is! My only complaintrecommendation for the manufacturer would be to make the globe out of a glass, like acrylic or glass. It would make it so much more high-end looking. The instructions were a little bit difficult to follow at some point. Specifically when it comes to attaching the mount to the ceiling. All of the mounts seem to be unique to their fan, even though they look very universal. Our house did not have The same wires in the instruction book so we had to make assumptions on what wires should be connected. It could be as simple as putting this is not a universal rule of thumb and to troubleshoot follow this link. But I would definitely buy this fan at the end of the day! I will be recommending on several projects. Definitely a five star purchase and well worth the money!

I placed an order and then realized the fan was too big. I emailed Customer Service at 8PM on a Sunday, expecting to hear back on Monday. Pam emailed me back within a half hour. She cancelled the order, ordered the correct fan and I received it on Wednesday! Great Customer Service!

Customer Service is poor. Nobody would return my phone calls. The 45 degree pitch ceiling fan mounts that we ordered took 3 weeks to ship, and they don’t even work, poor design.

I bought 4 of the 100” fans to put in my barn. They are absolutely amazing!

The Fans look amazing and function great. The only complaint i have is the light in the center of the fan is a different color every time i turn the light on and off on the 84' silent storm.

Great prices and speedy delivery. I am impressed with the quality of the chandelier l purchased. The installer had no issues with the installation. Would not hesitate to order again from this company.

Cheap y plastic

As we are building a new home, I will not have the opportunity to actually use the fan that I purchased for a few months. The item shipped VERY quickly and it appears what we will need for the bedroom. We have 2 others that we will need and will likely purchase again. Thanks

I was very disappointed with the customer service experience. I reached out to return and exchange my order and even mentioned that I planned to purchase two additional items. Unfortunately, the company showed no flexibility or willingness to work with me. Instead of helping me find a reasonable solution, the responses I received were dismissive and focused solely on policy rather than customer satisfaction. I genuinely wanted to continue doing business with this company, but their lack of understanding and effort made that impossible. It’s unfortunate, because I was ready to spend more with them — but after this experience, I took my business elsewhere.
