Product doesn't work. The chat function to try and get a fix literally takes days because I'm guessing support is in China or India, and the fix to the product has yet to arrive. I have a 120" fan that just sits there. It's been 3 months. Waste of money

So far so good. Assembly was straightforward, installment instructions easy - my guy didn't read then wondered why remote didn't work and why extra parts (didn't put in remote signal device!!) It runs quiet and very balanced, even on highest speed. We really enjoy it.

Love all the fans that I have updated in my house, quality products and great service when needed!
