I am a newbie at all this. I am in my late 60’s and for some reason wanted to deviate from everything I once knew about baking. I grew up surrounded by an Italian family from Italy. I understand eggs, flour, oil and water. All my life I have never measured. It’s been by instinct, intuitive. All that changed grinding my own wheat. It’s a learning curve that I will get used to. The quality is great but I’m quite disappointed with the service. I’ve paid for expedited shipping twice now and both times it’s taken an additional week or so to be delivered after the original delivery date.

Riding was easy and shipment came on time and not damaged

Service was very good as expected. Would like more choices in bulk for example 4-25# bags of hard winter red berries …. Would be nice to have a choice of 2-25# bags of hard winter red and 2-25# bags of hard winter white. I like to mix the 2 grains for my bread.
