Great packaging, when cooked properly the beans were plumper than any I've eaten before. The leftover black beans didn't get hard in the fridge like store beans. Overcooked the beans stayed together and plump and delicious. Store bought would be paste essentially.

Palouse Brand Green Split Peas are my main source of protein. I eat a cup of home made split pea soup in the morning. I am happy with Palouse Brand green split peas because they are Glyphosate Residue Free and Non-GMO. I feel safe eating them as a stable in my diet. My home made soup tastes delicious. While I rinse the peas well in a large sieve before cooking, Palouse split green peas are amazingly clean. My 25 pound sack of green split peas arrived safely in a box with fast delivery. While I was glad to see the offer of a tub instead of the white loose knit sack, I chose the sack to save money. I learned to stop the shedding of white fiber by wrapping moving tape around all sides at the top to leave the peas in the sack for storage. I appreciate Palouse Brand products and the company's excellent service.
