I’m enjoying milling my our flour. Just learning and I feel like I’m wasting a lot of this product trying to figure out how to make my bread without it being so dry. I will be ordering more!!

We have been buying our wheat berries from Palouse Farms for almost a year now. We searched the internet for triple-washed, non-gmo wheat berries and when we saw their's were also certified glyphosate free we were hooked. We initially purchased a small amount to try, but now order in the 25 lb. buckets. The lids are on tight and it takes some effort to get them off, but we’ve since upgraded to the gama lids so we only have to work to get the lids off one time after ordering again. The quality is fantastic, the ordering process on their website is super simple, and they arrive at our gate so fast. We have looked at other vendors but Palouse is so easy, convenient, and we know we can trust it that we won’t buy our wheat from anyone else.
