This is my first time grinding my own grain. I am not an expert but I know the process of ordering and receiving the grain was wonderful

The grains look great. Everything was shipped, no broken bags. However, one of the bags was about a quart shy of grain. The other three bags were perfect and all the grain was clean.

I love getting a pure product and freshly milling my flour. My one concern is that I learned microplastics are found in products kept in plastic containers. I wish the 25 lb. bags were available in burlap.

I’m a semi-regular customer of Palouse, 5 or 6 purchases over the past few years. I’ve always been very satisfied with the product I order. This last order, the bad was not sown properly at the bottom and when I pulled it from the FedEx packaging, all the wheat berries fell out and scattered everywhere. I sent an email with photos of the torn bag and Palouse promptly sent me a replacement bag. Great customer service, great product!
