Delivery was on time as expected and the food bags were impressive for, they were durable to keep the food for a long time without breaking to spill the contents. Both boxes arrived intact and the once opened the seeds looked premium. I will order from this company again.

Surprised it arrived so quickly! The only issue was that the package the bag of lentils were placed in had one side completely split open during shipment, but the lentils were okay and not otherwise damaged that I could tell. I do LOVE these lentils!

I've been ordering direct from Palouse for about 2 years, and I have never had an issue with any order. I wish it were easier to find that perfect string you pull to open the 25 pound bags, but I can manage that. Also, Palouse customer service is always gracious and quick to take care of anything I've needed help with.
