The items I ordered arrived quickly and were packaged with thought and care in mind.

The wheat berries came a day late, Fedex's fault, and when they did get delivered one of the bags had busted open. I reached out to customer service to notify them of the issue. The rep asked if I wanted another bag sent out, and I agreed. But it has been a couple of weeks and no response from the company. But really happy at the moment.

I am trying to order directly if possible and I was happy to find out I can get the same product for the same price as Amazon with free shipping. Support pur farms!

I bought Multi-purpose and White Bread flour. 3 lbs each to give them a try. I've tried the White Bread twice. This flour doesn't rise. I used two different recipes with two different yeasts (both new). Nothing. I don't understand why. Water temp was tested with a thermometer. I'm only reviewing this because Palouse asked me to, I prefer not saying negative things but as I said they asked.

The product showed up in a timely manner and was what we has asked for.

Customer support was responsive and resolved my issue immediately.
