The flour is very gritty and does not taste good. It may be that I am use to a finer ground chickpea flour. I am disappointed as I love the dried chickpeas.

I have now used all of your flours to bake my many bread recipes and my pastries as well. I find them the best. Their taste also is wonderful and all my friends anticipate these treats.
