The experience was great . The website was easy to navigate. The service was fast and on time. I sent a request to your service department and they relied right away. It’s unfortunate the answer was not what I was expecting. I was wanting to buy some owl edge guard for my paddle but was told you did not handle it anymore.

Very happy with the paddle. Shipping was a bit slow. I expected to receive some protective tape with the paddle, since a friend had, but no tape.

Shipped very quickly and got an email reply to a question I sent support the next day.

The customer service team was great, but will see how is their response to the emblem problem.

Paddle delivered promptly . . . . love it! A cover would have been nice for a $200 paddle, but not included. There were shortcomings in what was included in the delivery and support is non-responsive to date.

I received my Owl paddle quickly and enjoyed it so much I bought one for my wife as well.

I have a really bad wrist and the feedback from all the other paddles cause a really sharp pain when I hit the ball. With the OWL CXE that I got recently I don’t feel any pain due to the material of the paddle surface, the feedback is absorbed more. This allowed me to compete on tournaments also!!! Thanks OWL Sports!!! ❤️

Delay in customs without proper communication / expectation was a bit disappointing. I later asked to have OWL honor their promotion for buying 2 paddles as I wished to buy a PXE but unfortunately was not approved despite the initial delay in shipping inconvenience. All in all the CXE is a great paddle.

Lors de ma première journée avec ma nouvelle raquette, mes amis étaient curieux de voir une nouvelle raquette sur le marché. 3 personnes ont essayé durant une partie et ils ont été surpris de constater le volet silence de frappes et du contrôle et précision des frappes. Ils ont trouvé très légère et comme amélioration ils auraient aimé avoir un peu plus de poids en haut de chaque côté afin de mieux sentir la raquette. Ils ont possiblement vu la nouvelle raquette de Adidas qui a 3 endroits d'ajouts de poids. Un de mes amis qui l'a essayé, me disait que je devrais être représentant et j'aurais été capable d'en vendre 3 raquettes aujourd'hui. Et je vous Bravo pour votre raquette OWL

I have barely put my new OWL down since it arrived. Playing a lot with it - 6 of last 7 days. The control and expanded sweet spot has been great. Though it is not noted as a power paddle, it has lots of pop. And it is soooo quiet. The added bonus is that it seems to be helping with my tennis elbow. Quiet the competition. . .
