The sound it produces has garnered attention from fellow players and opponents alike, with many inquiring about the type of paddle I am using, its composition, and whether it is tournament-approved. Several individuals have even requested to try it out and asked where they can purchase the OWL. It has undoubtedly become a conversation starter at every court I visit. Most importantly, I have experienced significant improvement in my game since using the OWL. As someone who owns multiple professional paddles, ranging from $200 to over $300, I can confidently say that the OWL has become my go-to paddle. I have noticed enhanced accuracy in my serves, increased power and control in my volleys, and more effective dinks. I am thoroughly impressed with the OWL's performance, and I would like to extend my gratitude for creating a paddle that has elevated my game. Thank you very much.

Pretty great! Shipping was quick. Mine did not come with an edge guard - but I recommended this paddle to a friend after I purchased it and his did come with one. Not sure why the difference

It took at least several weeks from time to order to having product in hand. The communication was just okay. Some issues were beyond their control (i. e. tariffs). The product however is worth the hassle.

Owl provides great customer service and is very efficient! We love working with Owl and are excited for what the future holds.

The shipping is ok but UPS handled the product very rough to the point the box got dented

The CXE paddle is average. Good control but lacks power. Have switched back to my old paddle.

Owl was easy to order. Delivery was seamless. I needed to exchange my first paddle, for one that was a proper fit for me. The warehouse manager was phenomenal to work with for the exchange. Great service from start to finish.

Delivery took a little longer than expected. My first Owl paddle came with the owl edge tape but not the last 2 paddles I purchased.

My Owl paddle shipment was delayed extensively because of customs and tariff confusion. Given the current political disaster that is understandable. But you did not do a very good job of keeping me informed. Twice, UPS told me the shipment was lost. Four times they gave me an arrival date that never happened. I had to reach out to your customer support by email several times. But, your responses were slow and not very helpful. At one point I considered cancelling my order completely and disputing the charges with my bank. It would be nice if you had a phone number so I could talk to a human instead of waiting a day or two at a time for a not very helpful email reply.

Can not say much about service as I've had no issues and delivery was on time as it was stated if you purchase one I believe you will not be disappointed.

Have been very pleased with the level of control and the range of nuanced shots I have been able to achieve with my new paddle. The shipping was great , arriving on the date stated.
