Optimal Print lost my order
Optimal Print lost my order for Christmas cards. I had to contact them multiple times to straighten it out, and all they offered was $10 off my order (and I had to ask even for that). I feel it should've been reimbursed completely for how late they arrived. I plan to use a different company next year.

Communication overall was awful. I
Communication overall was awful. I understand production delays happen, but the true test of a great customer service support function is the ability to communicate to your customers. This is where things are fundamentally broken. My prints were to have arrived 12/6 - 12/9. I reached out on 12/12 asking for a status update because my tracking link showed nothing had shipped. An associate stated they would arrive 12/12 or 12/13. I followed stating I had not received my order and the tracking link showed no movement. The only other communication I received was on 12/19 letting me know my order delivered on 12/18. I work in Logistics and Customer Service. I know how to communicate delays and work with customers. My experience with your company is not how I would want my team to treat any one of my customers. When the pictures showed up, the quantity and quality were as expected.

I ordered Christmas cards from optimalprint in 2023 and had a great experience. As a repeat customer in 2024, I was disappointed. My order took two weeks longer than expected, arriving just barely in time even though I ordered on 30 Nov. Also, the left & right margins were much narrower than depicted onscreen, leading to a couple words actually having the last letter chopped off. The front of the card, including three photos, turned out great though, so I might give optimalprint one more chance in 2025.

Terrible. Items didn’t arrive in the quoted delivery time and so I was not able to provide them as the intended Christmas gifts for my work team. The customer service staff online were argumentative and couldn’t seem to grasp why I was concerned about delivery (just keep saying it was the postal services fault despite their own website quoting the delivery date range). Took hours of my time to address the delays online with excuse after excuse and delayed responses from customer service. Really ruined the whole experience. Wont order again.

Let me start by telling you that everyone I have interacted with have been great. However, there is a problem with your technology that caused such a problem for me. In creating a card and the dimension settings, for example, keep changing after I set it, or in trying to complete an order and the whole thing disappears making you start over, errors are going go happen. So, for me, my initial order kept changing to a super large size I did not want, and which both distorted the image and changed the font and centring in the txt. You kindly issued me a number so I could re-order, but for three times upon trying to complete and pay, the whole thing disappeared and I had to start over. So apparently the last time I failed to change the desired quantity of 100, so only 10 cards came. Not acceptable. And no way to correct it in time to make the Christmas cards useful to me - they were to have been mailed from UK to US, and should have arrived in time for Christmas. Second issue - the shipping company - Evri - is terrible (I know of no one who has had a good experience with them), and further complicated my experience with this order. I had trouble paying using the Credit Card option, this resulted in having to try a different browser which meant having to start the album again. PayPal option works.

My order arrived a week
My order arrived a week later than what was originally dated when I ordered. The prints also had some bends in the corners of the print, it was hidden by the frame so it wasn't a big deal for me but maybe could have been. I won't be ordering again.
