The order was not correctly processed and so when I chased it to see where it was (after payment being taken) I was told it had not been fully processed - they had found my order and will resend it out. When it was resent out it had my wording on there but not my photo I added so I had a random generic baby on the front so I cannot use them. I found the online chat hard to use and unhelpful so will take the hit on payment and never use you again

Never received my order via amazon.

Item arrived damaged in multiple places, attempted to contact but unsuccessful. Chat bot is useless and login for account won’t work. Sent an email, yet to hear back. Still hoping they will rectify but otherwise I would avoid in the future.

Worst customer service of all websites I've used. Delivery of products appauling. It's delivered damaged on several occasions resulting in eventually cancelling my order and seeking refund.

The original picture obviously wasn't in good resolution for the printing size that was chosen. I wish I could be notified before the printing Now I have a bad printing at home that was very expensive. I was really disappointed when I got it.

I had an awful experience a week ago and eventually had to ditch and start a new book. I must say Honeylet assistance was awesome but we couldnt resolve the issue. Have made another book this week with little or no issue.

Communication wasn’t great, no update on problems with my order until I emailed multiple times. Staff were polite though. Told that my order hadn’t been picked up by courier, wait 3 weeks to then be told it was ‘lost’ refunded quickly but just a shame I didn’t get my order and didn’t have the option of being able to have them re sent without having to design the T-shirts again myself which took ages for me to get right in the first place.

Regrettably, Optimalprint failed to honor its 100 percent satisfaction guarantee.
