Service was not quite as good as last time

We were disappointed. The book is portrait so the front cover goes over front and back. We chose portrait in error so our fault. . . . but the preview before purchase did not reflect what it would actually look like. If it had, we would have realised our error and changed to Landscape. Some pages the photo went right to the edge, others had a border. Again, the preview did not show this. The book clearly did not get viewed by any staff member before dispatch, otherwise it wouldnt have been sent looking as bad as it did

Quality is a+ and delivery was quick. Will definitely use Optimal Print for my printing needs in future.

There was text on the card that I tried to delete but as it wouldn’t delete and said example I assumed it would disappear when they were printed but they arrived with the text example with my words over the top. Disappointing.
