Actually editing the pics and
Actually editing the pics and entering into the template took so long (days) the price more than doubled which was the reason I selected optimalprint in the first place. I couldn't edit the number of pages which was very frustrating and shipping costs were also high. Disappointing experience, I should have gone to KMART for cheaper, quicker and less fuss

The mugs were much smaller
The mugs were much smaller than expected and the pictures on the mugs were much smaller than expected. Disappointing to give these as gifts to special people.

Very prompt turnaround ……. batch
Very prompt turnaround ……. batch of calendars produced in less than a week. Unfortunately the photos on the pages were very “dark” when compared to the originals. The results on the 2024 calendars were superb and nothing has changed at my end. Not happy this time around!

Las tarjetas llegaron con formato
Las tarjetas llegaron con formato incorrecto, las imágenes cortadas, por mucho que me decían en atención al cliente que modificará el diseño no se guardaban los cambios y no me supieron decir porque, finalmente aunque me reembolsaron el importe me quedé sin las tarjetas de navidad, un disgusto después de 10 años haciendolas.

Found the site very user unfriendly and the whole process of creating the photo book very difficult & time consuming. Almost gave up several times. Happy with end result but a frustrating and very lengthy creation process.
