The glasses themselves are great and the prescription is perfect. The problem was with the service. It took over a month to get my glasses. Apparently a machine was down, but I didn't find out about it until I called them and asked where my order was.

So far, I've been really pleased with the purchase experience, not so pleased with the product again as it's my second pair. I was hoping I had just got in a bad pair previously. Your company has been easy to work with.

I initially bought a set of goggle type specs for pickleball but found that they fogged up so much that I could not see. Customer service offered some advice to prevent fogging which unfortunately did not work. I contacted their customer support again and they sent a sample pack of 4 different frames to try and a prepaid box to return the original glasses. I picked out a new set of glasses and today received the new set of Impact 636 frames which have progressive, auto darkening lenses at no additional charges. Can't beat that for good customer service!

The whole process was very easy for us.

I purchased a pair of prescription sunglasses, and my prescription wasn’t filled quite right. I tried to get used to them for two months but couldn’t. It only took one phone call to get RecSpecs to completely replace my glasses to correct the lenses. They have exceeded all of my expectations, and I can’t wait to receive the new ones! If only all businesses were so customer-focused.

My son is a 6'5, 350 lb offensive / defensive tackle playing high school football and our goggles broke. I have been in a scramble to try to get him some because he is literally playing blind right now, just running for the opposing color jersey. I went to the chat service, and man oh man, Andy aka Jugiel Aquino, literally restored my faith in humanity. This guy used his job to bless me tremendously today. I don't know how much he is getting paid, but he deserves a huge raise. His customer service skills are second to none. He needs to train others on how customer service should be.
