I initially bought a set of goggle type specs for pickleball but found that they fogged up so much that I could not see. Customer service offered some advice to prevent fogging which unfortunately did not work. I contacted their customer support again and they sent a sample pack of 4 different frames to try and a prepaid box to return the original glasses. I picked out a new set of glasses and today received the new set of Impact 636 frames which have progressive, auto darkening lenses at no additional charges. Can't beat that for good customer service!
Elizabeth P. was a great help in answering my questions and helping me choose the right frames and options for my son. She was patient and help put together the invoices based on my needs. I am glad i reached out to customer service for help. Thank you Elizabeth, you are amazing!!
The whole process was very easy for us.
I purchased a pair of prescription sunglasses, and my prescription wasn’t filled quite right. I tried to get used to them for two months but couldn’t. It only took one phone call to get RecSpecs to completely replace my glasses to correct the lenses. They have exceeded all of my expectations, and I can’t wait to receive the new ones! If only all businesses were so customer-focused.
Great customer service - the lifetime warranty is wonderful and saved me a chunk of money when I had to replace some damaged lenses.
I was a little worried about ordering online but my questions to customer service put me at ease. My questions were quickly answered and they even helped me change the order to a larger size. My son can now see while playing his favorite sport and he's says they are very comfortable - which is important when wearing a helmet. Thank you!
Had some questions after getting my at home try on kit. Patrick really went above and beyond helping me make sure I had everything. Even helping with a question about my wife's recent rec-specs purchase.
My son is a 6'5, 350 lb offensive / defensive tackle playing high school football and our goggles broke. I have been in a scramble to try to get him some because he is literally playing blind right now, just running for the opposing color jersey. I went to the chat service, and man oh man, Andy aka Jugiel Aquino, literally restored my faith in humanity. This guy used his job to bless me tremendously today. I don't know how much he is getting paid, but he deserves a huge raise. His customer service skills are second to none. He needs to train others on how customer service should be. I seriously can't say enough great things. We currently have two new pairs on 48 hour lab rush with overnight air shipping! Thanks again, Andy. You're a rockstar!!!!
I orderd Riderframe motorcycle prescription glasses through i eye Doctor 12yrs ago and needed to replace the eyecups and just recieved them.Was easy to order and fit perfect.Thankyou so much.The best sports glasses i have ever owned.I highly recommend your company and products.

Really love the glasses but turn-time seemed quite long & pricing high, even with discount.
Customer service was great. Did the home try Patrick picked out good frames for me. I really liked one fit great, so I ordered it. When it arrived the frame was stretched out. Patrick advised to try and heat it and bend it per a video on u tube which required taking out the prescription lenses. I was not comfortable doing that. Took them to 2 eyeglass places and they couldn’t get them to fit any better either. Then the prescription must have been off because they gave me a migraine headache. I returned them and got my money back with no problem. Thanks again.

…so I am happy. The folks who worked with me to get my order correct were so patient and kind. Robin, Andy, Elizabeth - could not have been nicer. The return shipping labels are going to leave FedEx, and USPS thoroughly confused, however.
