      Recoil Tap Shooting

      Love my Recoil for Trap shooting. Great Lens Quality. However the frames did not hold up very well. I only use these glasses less than 40 times a year and the frames broke. Called for replacement and they have no stock. I am not looking for a free pair at all! I am willing to pay, just very disappointed they had no inventory.

      Horrible

      I would NOT recommend this company. Ordered sunglasses for my son’s spring baseball season and had to find some elsewhere as it took 3 months to receive them. It took forever to get customer service and finally they said they would ship them 2nd day air at no charge to me - well they arrived 1 month later with no other information or follow up emails after I begged them just to refund me. Ridiculous and frustrating. So again - I would definitely NOT recommend this company to anyone that actually needs glasses in a timely stress free manner.

      Very unsatisfied

      Its been over 7 weeks since I placed my order. I have not heard anything regarding shipping since the beginning of June. I placed my order on May 6, 2026. Its now June 30, 2026 and still do not have my order. I have attempted multiple times to try to make contact with them via chat and email, no response on either platforms. This is unreal.

      Customer service

      I have tried multiple times to reach someone regarding my order and cannot get any response. Order was placed over a month ago. I have tried to call, chat and email with no response.

      No response after payment

      It has been nearly 30 days since my order. It has not been received and I cannot get in touch with anyone to remedy or refund. I must go to the fraud department of my bank to get refunded

      Terrible Customer Service

      Placed an order early May. Was notified via email at the beginning of June that my order was 'lost'. I have since called multiple times, left voicemails, sent emails - and I still have not received an update on my order. It's now June 17th. I would not recommend buying from this company.

      Disappointing Communication and Delayed Order Resolution

      I’m really disappointed with my experience ordering from Rexpecs. I placed an order on May 16th, and although it shipped, UPS lost the package. Since then, I’ve been waiting for a replacement. Rexpecs began making a new pair on May 31st, but I have yet to receive any updates on when I can expect them. I had to reach out myself—no one contacted me proactively—and now I’m left in limbo. This lack of transparency and follow-through is unacceptable, Given all the five-star reviews, I really thought this would be a trustworthy company for sports eyewear, but this experience has been a huge letdown. I expect better from a business with such a strong reputation.

      Surf goggle trail

      This team has been wonderful. I'm currently dealing with my dad going to hospice the day I received my 4 trial pairs of frames. The patience and understanding they have shown is unheard of theses days. They are truly helping an old geezer surf like he wants.

      Customer No Service

      Buying was easy. They took my money sent my glasses. Damaged a lense called, sent photo they agreed to exchange for new one. Prescription lense expected delay. Thins April 3 here it is June 11th. Returned call, text replies promised, emailed promised. At least 20 minute on hold each time. No replies at all. I think they have blocked my calls all call go straight to voice mail now. So sad a good product horrible service. I fear my vision will change before I get my new lense. Jack V

      Misleading Turnaround Times, Terrible Communication, and Extremely Poor Customer Service

      I placed an order for prescription sports glasses for my son because he needed them for basketball. I ordered early to ensure they would arrive in time, but the biggest issue has not been the production time—it has been the complete lack of communication and transparency from this company. After placing my order, I repeatedly contacted customer support requesting a simple status update. My emails went unanswered for days, despite the company's claims regarding customer response times. When responses finally arrived, they consisted of the same generic copy-and-paste message stating that the order was "in production" and that I should wait. No one provided an estimated completion date. No one provided an estimated shipping date. No one explained what stage of production the order was in. Every response ignored the specific questions I asked and simply repeated the same canned statement. To make matters worse, customer support informed me that the standard turnaround time is 12-14 business days, while the company's website advertises a shorter turnaround time for prescription orders. When I asked for clarification, I still received no meaningful explanation. As a customer, I do not expect perfection. I do expect honest communication, transparency, and real answers when I ask about an order that has already been paid for. Instead, I spent days chasing customer support only to receive vague, repetitive responses that provided no useful information. This has been one of the most frustrating customer service experiences I have had. If you value communication, transparency, and responsive support, be aware that you may spend more time chasing updates than actually receiving them.

      What happened to CUSTOMER SERVICE and Opticsoutfitters?

      A year ago (2025) I ordered and rec’d the RecSpec Slam protective eyewear with progressive lenses. I used the “try on at home” frames options and it was great in helping me decide the proper fit! They are awesome and I love wearing them during Pickleball. I decided to order another pair of RecSpecs from Opticsoutfitter and requested 4 “try on at home” frames that I ordered May 20, 2026. After several weeks of waiting and no delivery of the frames, I wrote one email to customer service and have received no response. Then, I tried calling customer service three different times on two separate days and waited over 30 minutes each time for an agent that never picked up, so I left my call back number each time. I have never received a response to this day. Next, I tried the texting option to customer service and after being told by their AI system that an agent would be with me in 2-3 minutes, I left after waiting for 20 minutes. My credit card was charged $1. 95 when I ordered the try on at home frames on May 20th, but I never received anything from this company. I’ve given up on Opticsoutfitter and ordered some protective prescription glasses from another company. It’s a shame the current condition of this business is certainly not interested in delivering their products, although I get bombarded with several emails daily from them. What happened to this company?

      Customer No Service

      Customer No service is what this place is. They promises a lot and deliver nothing. Hours on hold. Promised call backs and text message. I received a scratch lens returned 04/03/26. June 7, 2027 still nothing. Liars and cheats. I will never buy from again and will encourage others not to. All they had to do is communicate and couldn’t do it. Been on hold 20 minutes this time. My eye prescription will have changed by the time I get my lenses.

      Horrible

      Worst customer service ever. Impossible to get in touch with. Everything is way later than it should be. Horrible. When you finally do get ahold of them, it’s days later and they don’t fix the problem. I tried e-mail, call, chat and text. They text back 2 days later

      Order status

      I have not been able to reach anyone regarding my order and it has been well over the expectation day for delivery. I keep checking the shipping site and it looks like they haven’t even been shipped yet. This is ridiculous. Wish k would have ordered from sportaRx

      Warranty

      They did agree to exchange a lens that arrived scratched. Two months later still hasn’t arrived. Spent a combined time of over a 1/2 hour on hold today. No response to chat. I was promised several call back after they speak to lab. Not one call back. Purchased the recoil lens and frame package. Quality stuff Customer service stinks. I am starting to think I have been ripped off. Jack
