Ron at RecSpecs reached out to me with a simple question about my prescription motorcycle glasses. His attention and timely responses turned into a refresh of a 2nd pair that I was going to throw away! Excellent customer service. Going forward, I won’t buy motorcycle or sports glasses from anywhere else.

This is a great company. I appreciated the help I received when I had several questions. It’s nice customer are able to test glasses out before ordering a pair of prescription. I actually to the glasses to a local optical store to make sure all measurements were correct. Also optical outfitter has a wide selection of glasses. Website is very informative when selecting the eyewear best for you.

I called Optics Outfitter to ask a few questions about a couple of their sunglasses. Ron came on the line, introduced himself and proceeded to answer all my questions as well as provide additional information that inticed me to obtain two of their sunglasses to try them at home. He arranged to have them rushed to my home to attempt for me to select which one I would like to have before going on vacation. I am expecting them to arrive tomorrow after which I will select the frame I want as well as the lenses details. Ron was amazing in his support and assistance for me to obtain sunglasses. I will do another review after I obtain the sunglasses I select.

I was not able to find the exact color for the frame I wanted however, I was greatly helped by Beth who informed me I could purchase a different color for now and exchange for my preferred colorway once it became available. The process was smooth and I was always notifed each step along the way!

Ron (thank you so much for all your help)assisted me in putting the order together, and it was remarkable how quick and easy the entire process was! I was blown away by the ease and great customer service! RecSpecs has such phenomenal staff and durable products. This was my second order through RecSpecs, and I would never think of using another company for glasses for sports!

The woman who answered the phone was easy to understand, caring, and very, very helpful. She fixed my issues that I had made mistakes with the order and then also found the product that I was looking forward to order more of! I couldn’t ask for a better trouble shooting you know Customer Service Call than this. I’m very glad that they were able to help me out. I would suggest them to anybody. For children use bikers disabled people veterans whoever needs this kind of product. They’re amazing. Been using them for years totally satisfied 10 out of 10.

I was having a hard time finding something that fit my son at any of the local paces around my home. I contact RecSpecs directly and my sales person Marinel made it SO easy to ask questions, and get everything figured out. They sent glasses to my home to try and see what fit best. I have not ordered them and I am waitng for them to be delivered. Marinel made the process so painless and easy that I am sure we will be happy when they arrive! Just completed an order for my daughter’s first pair of rec specs. Beth walked me through the entire process via text message from the comfort of my living room couch. My daughter is new to lacrosse and I never realized needing to wear glasses would be such a barrier to entry. She helped me with the available expedited options and sizing as well as what was required due to her specific prescription. Sent me the invoice and we were done. It was a labor of love for sure. I’ll leave another review once the goggles are received.

I am excited to own a pair of glasses/goggles that will protect my eyes for baseball. As the eyes are the most precious part of the body in the event a ball is careening towards my face I can be protected without them shattering. Safety first folks!

Shyrene was nothing short of amazing! She assisted me from start to finish! I actually called into Optic Outfitters because I had ordered before, but wasn’t quite sure what I had ordered before. While on the phone with her, she texted me some recommendations based on our conversation. She got them shipped right out to me for my son to try on. I had already texted her my son’s script, so I just needed to text her my son’s choice. Shyrene guided me through the entire purchase! She sent me my invoice and I was able to submit my payment with my FSA card. I know from my previous experience that the quality is excellent! My son chose the Impact in matte black/gold. Optics Outfitters did a fantastic job helping me order exactly what I needed. Excellent customer service. I got the Impact goggles with a prescription and transition lenses. They stay perfectly secure during strenuous play. No more having to readjust my glasses during a game. Are very comfortable during hours of use. Gives me the most visibility. And have been told they look good! Comes with a nice hard case to protect goggles in my sports bag. Am extremely happy with purchase and have recommended to fellow players.
