I needed to order wraparound sunglasses with great UV protection because I have AMD and need to protect my eyes. I called Optics Outfitters and spoke to Ron, one of their customer service representatives. He recommended I try out several frames to see which one I would like best. I wanted to see if I could select a frame and then lenses and do it before going on vacation with the grandkids to Florida. I only had a week and a half before leaving and did not expect to be able to do it all in time. Well, to my surprise, Ron felt that if I selected the frames the day I received them that he could expedite the process and mail the final sunglasses in time. I received them on a Monday and I selected the frame and called them. Ron was off that day but Beth took care of my order. Both Ron and Beth followed and tracked my order to be able to expedite the shipment. I got the final sunglasses today, Friday and will be able to take them on vacation and not worry about the UV light. Amazing job and support by Ron and Beth. Optics Outfitter is a great company. This is a great company. I appreciated the help I received when I had several questions. It’s nice customer are able to test glasses out before ordering a pair of prescription. I actually to the glasses to a local optical store to make sure all measurements were correct. Also optical outfitter has a wide selection of glasses. Website is very informative when selecting the eyewear best for you.

I called Optics Outfitter to ask a few questions about a couple of their sunglasses. Ron came on the line, introduced himself and proceeded to answer all my questions as well as provide additional information that inticed me to obtain two of their sunglasses to try them at home. He arranged to have them rushed to my home to attempt for me to select which one I would like to have before going on vacation. I am expecting them to arrive tomorrow after which I will select the frame I want as well as the lenses details. Ron was amazing in his support and assistance for me to obtain sunglasses. I will do another review after I obtain the sunglasses I select.

I was not able to find the exact color for the frame I wanted however, I was greatly helped by Beth who informed me I could purchase a different color for now and exchange for my preferred colorway once it became available. The process was smooth and I was always notifed each step along the way!

The woman who answered the phone was easy to understand, caring, and very, very helpful. She fixed my issues that I had made mistakes with the order and then also found the product that I was looking forward to order more of! I was having a hard time finding something that fit my son at any of the local paces around my home. I contact RecSpecs directly and my sales person Marinel made it SO easy to ask questions, and get everything figured out. They sent glasses to my home to try and see what fit best.
