Order took days to be dispatched then Amazon took 3 days to deliver just kept getting told they’re on their way just wait. Despite taking size 10 in every pair of shoes, sandals and trainers I own being size 10 the sliders were to big, so I tried to return although this proved impossible on the Oofos website despite the website saying this was available as an option. I messaged and asked to exchange for a size 9, this was agreed despite this 3 days after being returned a credit was issued (yet to receive) The only thing that is quick with Oofos is the persistent request for feedback on their non existent customer service AVOID

Bought 2 pairs of flip flops as I was so impressed with them, however, the trainers were not as comfortable, they just felt really thin on the top, but yes, comfortable to walk in, just not long treks, this may have just been personal to me as the flips flops have never been off my feet now since buying them. Bought them to aid the pressure on my knees when walking as just been told have arthritis settling in and it was unbearable to walk sometimes. I ordered the wrong size in the flip flop at first, then bought the 2 pairs, they were so quick at refunding me for the original pair, cannot fault the customer services staff or the delivery as they were so quick……May try a different style of trainer, but for now more flip flops in different colours, so glad I bought them!!!!!

Ordering my OOFOS sliders was straightforward and the delivery speedy.

Sizing needs to be sorted for these shoes they are far too narrow for a natural foot shape, which is a shame as the foam soles are so comfy and would really help with my heel pain. They need to be more foot shaped though. . .
