Good customer service is what makes a company truly good. No matter how good its products are, what’s the point if the customer service is poor? This company has an excellent customer service system. Whatever the situation, they always help and do their best to resolve any issues.

I’ve been buying and wearing Oofos for many years. It took me a few years to discover that best place to buy them is from Oofos directly. The best choice of colours, good value (especially if there’s a sale), and quick (free) delivery. Took me a while to discover this but it’s true! If you are an Oofos fan, buy direct
