Service fine, product not

Didn't have a great customer service experience due to the first order I placed being cancelled and when I asked why they didn't contact me first to see if I wanted a different color I didn't get the nicest response. 2nd pair when I ordered again although not fit for purpose did come super fast.

I have plantar fasciitis, if you have it or have had it you'll know just how painful it is. My podiatrist recommended Oofos to help me recover and so far they are doing a great job. I bought Clogs and MyStride in black/black as I can get away with them in the office. The arch support and foam impact cushioning made an instant improvement, I'm not better yet but these shoes are helping me on the road to recovery. You don't have to have a foot injury though as the clogs and trainer like shoes are comfortable and stylish and may prevent an injury occurring in the first place. Well done Oofos 😊
