Shoes are perfect as always. The delivery process was poor. The selected courier returned the original shipment as there was a problem with delivery. I waited a week expecting confirmation that my purchase would be despatched again. I eventually had to contact you for an update, and I took a further couple of days to trace the original return and to confirm it had been dispatched. Seems that the return process was a bit flawed

I ordered two pairs of trainers in an 8 and 9, to see which ones fitted best. When my order arrived, it contained a pair of size 7 and a pair of size 8. Unfortunately, the 8 came up very small and I had to send both pairs back. This has put me off ordering again.

They are very comfortable and make a big difference for me. However they wear out very quickly

It took me a while to actually decide to order Oomy Stride, but so glad I did. I have a wide foot so to have a roomy toe box is fab. They are so soft and light weight too, I have problems with callouses under my feet, and along with some padding I use, they’ve been amazing. Would love some other colours…. navy would be great as I don’t want black.
