I was nervous about giving up plushness but these waffle towels are springy and soft and their lack of bulk has turned out to be really pleasant. They dry very fast, the color is rich, and I'm very happy.

Thinner than expected
The towels are less substantial than I expected especially for the price. They were a little thin. Although the colors were great I hoped this was a higher quality towel.

Great towel - wish green was not so dark
Love these towels. They are soft and dry super fast. We live in the humid tropics and so Onsen towels are the only ones we use! Love the various colors, but I wish (and expected) the forest green that I just got to be a bit lighter in color. It’s a really dark green. Oh well. Great towel anyway!

No lint! Dry fast!
These towels are perfect for our vintage mid-century bathroom. They are oversized and do not shed lint. I've been looking for a while, and I've purchased a number of other kinds of towels. These are the best.

Had to reship my order because the first had a little kerfluffle with our gate code, and Onsen made it so simple and efficient to fix! Once we got them, we were so excited — luxurious, weighted, and perfect.

A tad disappointed
My towels do not seem to be as absorbent as the ones my friend has. I purchased my towels based on usiing her towels for several years now…I follow washing and drying instructions, yet they are not absorbing as I would like them to.
