only complaint was I could not track my shipment with the tracking code I was sent.

The complete set is the way to go but another face towel should be added to the set. You have to purchase one separately to have a pair.

The robe does not fit well.

The robe is nice but, despite the description of weight,the size Small is much too big in the shouders and chest. Had to return. I'm 5'3" and 112lb.

Onsen provides updates when they ship or when delivered but there is no way to properly track the shipment. A tracking number should be provided. Wish the bath sheet set came as a complete set with two face towels. Colors are way two limited and kind of drab. Love the forest green, denim and dark blue colors. Please add more color options. Why is the mustard yellow color never available?

Towels dry us better. In Florida, it’s harder to have wet towels dry, however, these towels are always completely dry for the next shower. Wash and dry well. Great quality.
