A friend had these and I fell in love. I thought her bath towels were bath sheets, they were so large. But I'm large, your regular bath towels are a welcome surprise. This doesn't;t even say how absorbent and soft they are,

It took a minute, but I love love love these towels. They are light and airy and dry the body beautifully. They also dry very nice when hung. I will be purchasing more in time.

Nice experience with Onsen! Based off of that I would purchase again.

Super pretty towels but take two full days to dry. Bathroom has fan running all day with a window open and full heavy cotton towels dry 2x as fast as these. LOVE the look but returning because they are always wet.

Delivery was quick. Way too much packaging waste for a set of towels though, didn’t seem environmentally friendly.

This was my third Onsen towel purchase. I was disappointed with the oatmeal towels. The weave is not as tight as previous towels, and they look stretched out. That said, I like the fact that they dry so quickly.

Great product. Arrived on time and was packaged quite nicely.

Very pleased with ordering and speed of shipping. Only complaint would be the fact that each item was sent in a cloth bag. Not needed, and seems like a waste of resources. I will not reuse for anything.

I ordered your brown beautiful towels and they shrink to the point where now they look like a towel for a five-year-old I called in your representatives were no help whatsoever. They couldn’t do anything for me. They said oh well sorry it’s past the 90 days, but I explained that I was doing remodeling and I didn’t have to use them until just now, but they said too bad.

These towels are light, yet absorbent. They look & feel great!
