I genuinely love Once Upon a Farm's products, which is why I subscribed in the first place. Unfortunately, my recent customer service experience didn't reflect the same quality as the products. I understand that subscription orders can't always be canceled once they've entered fulfillment. That wasn't my biggest frustration. The response I received felt transactional and defensive, and after I asked a follow-up question about freezing the pouches (which customer service had recommended), I never received a reply. I also took the time to provide feedback about my experience and didn't hear back. I still think the products are excellent, but customer service is part of the overall brand experience. I hope Once Upon a Farm invests as much in caring for its customers as it clearly does in making great food.

Great shipping

4 stars only because of the food packets. I tried the spinach pasta, however even when following the directions to the dot, the pasta is chewy and rubbery. The smoothies are the best! My daughter is a fan!

The pouches are amazing. But a text reminder for when your next order is up for shipment would be appreciated. Life is busy with kids. And sometimes you need to adjust the order but without a reminder message, emails and timelines can be forgot until a large box arrives and a charge shows up on your credit card.
