We just recently subscribed, and I loved the way the items were packaged. Everything was still nice and cold when it arrived. I do wish the subscription gave more reminders in case you want to change the order before delivery, but overall, the experience has been great so far.

My daughter loves these smoothie pouches and it’s a great way for her to get some additional nutrients and calories in her during this picky toddler era!

These pouches are a hit especially when my kids were sick and refused to eat almost everything. Even my almost 5 year old ate multiple pouches when he wasn’t feeling well. They’re a bit pricey, but with the Black Friday discount it made it worth it.

The customer service reps that I spoke with via text and email were all friendly, quick to respond, and helpful. After I provided photos of the damaged items I received, customer service quickly sent out replacements. I got an order confirmation email, as well as tracking. They even followed up with me to ensure that I received the order in good condition. Thank you for standing behind your products. It’s a rarity in today’s world, sadly.
