I really like the quick shipping and easy to navigate website to modify orders. The text reminders are helpful when your order is out for delivery so you can ensure that you get the pouches in the fridge. Everything is packed well and the ice packs are still frozen even when I get a delivery during summer. Great customer service when I’ve had to reach out which I truly appreciate!
