First off, the girls that handle the orders are both very nice. Last order I went to place took me from 9 am,until 1 pm to place. Getting thru on phone, at times,seems impossible. I have heard “I think our phone system was giving us problems “,before too. Last time my credit card was not being accepted. Both online and having the girls run it! Turns out it was all on your end. I went down to store near by, and my card was accepted without a problem.

About 10 of the food packs were no longer frozen when they arrived. Luckily I was home and could get them into the freezer right away. Compared to other frozen dog food company deliveries, this seemed substandard. I’ve fed this way for years and this was the first time I encountered melted meat so was disappointed.

Very high quality excellent ingredients and my picky dog really likes it. My other dogs love it as well but it's the picky dog I buy for as he won't eat anything but turkey and doesn't like very many companies. My only complaint is that the 5 lb bricks are really too heavy for me due to the limitations I have. And feeding for dogs the 1 lb bricks are a bit light. I'm really hoping eventually we can see maybe two or three pound bricks so I don't have to have a bunch of stuff in the refrigerator falling at the same time but I don't have to deal with those really heavy 5 lb bricks. Great company though great products and I'm very happy that I found you guys!

Packaged well and the food came solidly frozen ( unlike other companies I’ve tried) The delivery man was super helpful.
