Great Customer Service! Got the help I needed very easy!

Our family loves the bulk boxes. We buy them for both our dog and cat who look forward to meal time. The transition from kibble was very easy in both cases. HIGHLY RECOMMEND the food, and the bulk option is great if you have the freezer space for it. The portion sizes make feeding easy. Our dog is 50-55 lbs. She gets 2 packets a day. Cat is more of a grazer so one packet lasts for three meals. Packaging is also phenomenal. Food comes completely frozen and is always timely. I also appreciate the email notifications reminding you of an upcoming delivery. It makes modifications in frequency easy if you have the need. It helps with our cat.

Great rating because website was easy to use, easy to navigate, and worked exceptionally well. Did not use customer service for this transaction. Delivery was on time. Delivery instructions were followed. Packaging was secure, contents were well protected with freezer packs. Product was fresh.

the only comment I have - is the past two deliveries I have received the dry icein packets were gone. . . the food was still well frozen but a bits soft on edges

Both of my American Eskimos have benefitted greatly from your products. My first - Kodiak - lived a long and active life as a therapy dog. My second - Mikki - is following in his "big brother's" footsteps. His white fur, beautiful "smile" and active disposition is a testament to his healthy diet provided by Oma's.

I feel like my Labradors coat and teeth are perfect because of this food. It is pricey so I split it with dry food so that she can still get the benefits of raw. It’s been 1. 5 years and she’s thriving! She is a Labrador retriever and sheds half as much as my last Labrador, I am convinced it’s the food! One of the best things about this company is that if you have a question you can call and get someone on the phone. They have always been so helpful and nice. I love to support this family business!!

My fur baby is 11 yrs. the only treats I can give her are the turkey and chicken chunks. I breat them up in small bits, as she has no teeth. I’ve tried other products but she won’t eat them. They’re kind of expensive for me but I love my Snuggles so I buy them. I either order them or go to Avon store. Thank you

Best thing we’ve done is go raw and the signature mixes were well tolerated during the transition
