This food always comes well packed and as long as Fedex isn't screwing around with it much, it's always frozen solid when I get it. Never have an issue with broken packages and customer service is fantastic. Really like this company.

Excellent communication! My daughter works for a small pet food company in Ca. She got the opportunity to meet with a representative of Oma’s pride! She is feeding this food to her 3 dogs and is so impressed with their health!

Love this company and this for for my puppy. They also take the digestive supplement and the mobility supplement for our older dogs. They are doing really well on them. Can’t recommend this company enough.

My dogs were getting sick from the kibble they had eaten for years with no issues, my 10 yr old dog would regurgitate it within minutes, we tried changing the types nothing helped. I tried Oma's Pride on my daughter in law's recommendation and my 10 yr old large breed dog, is actually playing like a young girl again, she has stopped losing weight (she was losing 1-3 lbs per month on the normal food) and no more being sick after eating!

We order from Oma’s Pride all the time. My recent purchase a slight mistake was make, They accidentally sent one bag of Turkey Chunks instead of Turkey Hearts. Glad they did , our Dogs LOVE THEM. I”ll be adding them to our next order. Great customer service also,

I have an incredibly picky cat and this is one of the only foods she’ll eat. Her coat has been softer since starting her on Oma’s, as well. Highly recommend. My shipping experience, on the other hand, wasn’t stellar. The box arrived in good time but was very damaged and hastily taped together. The bars of food nearest to the lid had begun to thaw, and I had to feed those to my cat right away to avoid spoilage.

Finally the right food for her my baby dog loves it and her hair less shedding more active poops much better no more dirrea like just poops like marble gosh so happy about. Over 4 years finally and the guy walk by my house I chat with him what he feed he show me your product even gave me one,I said what raw food now my dog pick on me every 7 hrs she loves it. I ordered the 5lb turkey neck bag and marrow bones. Everything arrived well packed and frozen in the box. However the turkey necks were one frozen block. I have three Saint Bernards - but even so I’m not feeding all the turkey necks within 2-3 days of thawing. Unless individually frozen and then packed - not sure I can reorder .

had issues understanding when my order would deliver. initially it seemed like it would not arrive until about a month later. also, the package was not in good condition when it arrived. our first order and delivery experience was great. this was our second one. we will see how the next one goes. hopefully this was just an unfortunate second time.

Other than the sardines which are massive everything is great ! My dog is a picky gal, and won’t eat them. She just carries it around in her mouth (ick)
