My fur baby is 11 yrs. the only treats I can give her are the turkey and chicken chunks. I breat them up in small bits, as she has no teeth. I’ve tried other products but she won’t eat them. They’re kind of expensive for me but I love my Snuggles so I buy them. I either order them or go to Avon store. Thank you

I did not subscribe for reoccurring order of turkey hearts. I've been buying these for years and have not had so many issues as I have the last few months.

First of all, let me say I love your food and will continue to order from you. Your delivery and packaging are great! However, I recently received a subscription order S-138226 on December 15, after having just received a much larger order S-137884 on December 9. I didn't need any more food so soon. Every other company that I have subscriptions with will send me an email at least 5 days ahead of when my subscription will process, so that I can make changes, if necessary. You gave me no heads up, only a communication that you were charging my account, which is why I cancelled all of my active subscriptions. Also, my account information on your website is incorrect. Your website does not show Order S-137884 for $154. 02. I can send you a copy of your email to me confirming that order, but didn't know how to attached it here. I know mistakes happen, and it's not really a big deal, but you asked.

The pups love the food. I have 35# and 90#, so it would be nice to have a large package option for large dogs, but I do like the individual packages.

I already answered this survey. I love you guys but your new web site & ordering portal needs a lot of work. It’s way buggy. I suggest you go back to the old one and fix this before relaunching
