Very good food and delivery on time

We just moved From Connecticut to North Carolina and our first delivery here was timely.

Incredible EVERYTHING! Very helpful staff and excellent food!

Shipping was fairly fast. I could track the package so I knew when it was coming. It came in a box that was insulated and contained dry ice so everything was still frozen when it got to me.

While I love all the products that I have purchased thru your website, I don’t remember signing up for a subscription to the lamb lung and beef lung. My dogs love both, but would like to return to ordering on an as needed basis.

My dogs couldn’t even wait for the box to open before freaking out over the smell. Safe to say they loved it!

Food is excellent not paying for a lot of liquids. Verity to choose from that helps cover vitamin and mineral needs for my dog’s health. Packaged well and easy to handle.

I’m one of those people who prefers to call in my order rather than online ordering. The times that I have spoken to Oma’s Pride customer service, I feel that they are extremely knowledgeable about the products they sell. Everyone has been very friendly and courteous. When I call in an order, I can tell that the team member really enjoys speaking to me and easily handles my order. This can be difficult to find with some people in customer service and this is one area that’s very important to me. I will continue to shop with Oma’s Pride.
