My Capisco chair is really helping my back. The new chair in combination with my variable height desk (from Uplift) gives me the ability to sit in a variety of ways at a range of heights. The flexibility is really making a difference to my back. I can work for hours and still my body feels flexible and doesn’t ache as it did with my previous conventional workstation. And I can’t say enough about the support I’ve received from Office Chairs USA. After my chair arrived I decided that I made an error on the color I picked. It was a Christmas present and arrived very soon after it was ordered.
It was okay. Delivery was slow and communication was not the best.
Tyler was very helpful-and planning on ordering six more chairs.

Product is way bigger than advertised.
Everyone at OfficeChairs was so responsive from the start and they helped me through the entire process from after I placed the order and even were able to forgo an extra charge for the Red leather seat material I wanted for my awesome chair! David S and Bella are amazing and submitted a change and got the information without any hassle. The customer service and since I was patient and wanted to make my chair was perfect I didn't feel I needed to rush the process. I just trusted they would take care of it... And YES they took care of my order, followup part and me! I don't see using anyone else in the future! Thank you OfficeChairs USA and David and Bella!
The chair is good but I was surprised that it came with no owner’s manual or care instructions. It’s like a I got a chair that had been returned.
The staff at OfficeChairsUSA are so helpful. The reason for my 3 stars is that the product we ordered was labeled quick ship on their website and took nearly a month to arrive to us. They use a freight company that is basically non-communicative and takes very long
Needed to replace a hard-to-find ergonomic kneeling chair and found it here in-stock and at a very competitive price. Site was easy to navigate, shipping was included, and had great email communication after the sale. Chair arrived quickly, as ordered, and is great quality.
Buying experience was first rate. I had questions regarding a detail of an office chair and the customer service representative kindly supplied me with the vendors name and phone # so I could directly ask the manufacturer. The chair arrived on time and in perfect shape. Assembly was very straight forward with no issues. Highly recommended!
