As advertised

It was a Christmas present and arrived very soon after it was ordered.

It was okay. Delivery was slow and communication was not the best.

Tyler was very helpful-and planning on ordering six more chairs.

At least they communicated that it would be late

Easy ordering and they kept me updating about shipping times and tracking. We've ordered from them twice--they have some of the best prices on office chairs!

Product is way bigger than advertised.

Everyone at OfficeChairs was so responsive from the start and they helped me through the entire process from after I placed the order and even were able to forgo an extra charge for the Red leather seat material I wanted for my awesome chair! David S and Bella are amazing and submitted a change and got the information without any hassle. The customer service and since I was patient and wanted to make my chair was perfect I didn't feel I needed to rush the process. I just trusted they would take care of it... And YES they took care of my order, followup part and me! I don't see using anyone else in the future! Thank you OfficeChairs USA and David and Bella!

The chair is good but I was surprised that it came with no owner’s manual or care instructions. It’s like a I got a chair that had been returned.

The staff at OfficeChairsUSA are so helpful. The reason for my 3 stars is that the product we ordered was labeled quick ship on their website and took nearly a month to arrive to us. They use a freight company that is basically non-communicative and takes very long

Needed to replace a hard-to-find ergonomic kneeling chair and found it here in-stock and at a very competitive price. Site was easy to navigate, shipping was included, and had great email communication after the sale. Chair arrived quickly, as ordered, and is great quality.

Buying experience was first rate. I had questions regarding a detail of an office chair and the customer service representative kindly supplied me with the vendors name and phone # so I could directly ask the manufacturer. The chair arrived on time and in perfect shape. Assembly was very straight forward with no issues. Highly recommended!

THe downside to this purchase was several delays from the manufacturer. That said, the customer service person (Bella) that worked with me from officechairsUSA was beyond excellent. She literally saved the sale. I rarely thank people who just do their job, so in this case my thanks was very earned. Buying from any company who gets things right is simple. But, nothing is perfect and when things do go wrong is time when the company either stands up, or they simply flounder. The service I received was excellent and helpful. The chair arrived undamaged and was packaged well. Bella had sent me assembly instructions, and it honestly took about 10 minutes. Very easy to assemble, though having a second person to hold the chair back in place while screwing in the bolts is helpful. The chair is well made. Mine is covered in leather, and the leather quality is very good. My only issue with the chair is the firmness of the seat. No idea if the leather firmed things up or not, but I was not expecting the seat to be so hard. Perhaps it will loosen in time. Mind you I bought the chair because I had started having issues with my glutes hurting when sitting. For those who have set in a Hayworth Fern or Zody chair, this chair is actually more firm in the seating. I have no way of knowing whether my pre-existing glute soreness is contributing to these comments. Otherwise, the chair is very well made. Everything is secure. No wobbles or loose fits. I did install my own casters as the ones Neutral ships are very low end and with dogs that have long hair their wheels would quickly clog. Officechairs was very responsive when the ship dates started slipping. I was impressed, and would advise them for anyone seeking a chair. My emails were responded to very quickly. If my glutes were not struggling with the chair seating, I would have rated it as a 5. Others with less sensitive backsides may find the seating fine. It is just too firm for me at the moment.

Super comfortable; easily adjustable; great customer service. This chair is easily the most comfortable office chair I have ever experienced.

The chair is great and came semi-assembled however it was missing screws that I had to make a trip to a hardware store for. Otherwise 5 stars.
