Although my purchase of a high-end chair was fraught with delays and difficulties, Isabella Corio shepherded me through the seemingly interminable process with kindness, professional acumen, and unflagging sympathy; it was in large part due to her undaunted service that what would have been a one-star review has been set aside for a five-star review.

I ordered a glass magnetic dry erase board and when it arrived the color was much brighter than pictured. Bella helped me with the return and replacement board. We ended up keeping both in the end but Bella was outstanding! Great customer service with a tricky situation.

These are for my waiting room in my vet practice. They were very easy to put together! Ordered 4 sets and had them together in about 5-10 minutes each. Look great. Wipe off easily. Time will tell how well they hold up to dog nails on them but so far they are amazing!
