I had some unfortunate circumstances with my first chair shipment, and when I made Office Chairs USA aware, AMQ & Office Chairs USA put all hands on deck and took care of me much better than I anticipated. I went from incredibly frustrated, to more than pleased. There was never a point in time where getting a real person involved in the issues was difficult. Thank you immensely for all of your help, hard work, and effort. <3

I am a 4’10 woman and this chair is THE BEST chair on the market I’ve sat on. Other companies just do not have this type of ergo chair for petite women. The cushion is perfect for your bum for any time of work. I have one at the office AND at home. I use it for my sewing and gaming. It is so versatile! I purchased an all black chair with removable arms and soft casters for hardwood floors. Best purchase I’ve made!

We ordered two chairs and everything went smoothly! Thank you for the easy ordering process and delivery!

My first choice for buying any chairs and furniture is OfficeChairsUSA. Great pricing, Excellent Customer service, Fast delivery and Free shipping.

Hi Tyler, The chairs arrived yesterday afternoon. The assembly was easy as promised. Thank you for your prompt delivery. We both are very pleased with the comfort and support for our specific needs. The Invoice #110520 will be processed in our next batch. Have a wonderful day. Joyce

Awesome service by Sheehan's Office Chairs USA regarding our small but important re-order of furniture for a new staff member. Our prior sales vendors (not to be named) left us high and dry and in a big pickle. After 2 months of being put off, we called the distributer of our furniture who put us in touch with Tyler and his team at Sheehan's. Within a few days, the order was made and we are on our way to receiving our needed items. Thank you, Tyler and your team at Sheehan's.

They look great!

GREAT PRODUCT! GREAT SERVICE!

I started this order for a client a couple of weeks ago, and Tyler H. has been incredibly helpful the entire time. He was so patient with me, asked if I needed anything several times, and was just amazing overall. I felt like I got better customer service over email/phone than if I were to go into most stores nowadays. He was very diligent and timely with his responses; a true professional! I hope he gets recognized! This seating purchase is for a Marine Corps fitness center and will have a lasting impact on our Marines! Thank you, Tyler!

Although my purchase of a high-end chair was fraught with delays and difficulties, Isabella Corio shepherded me through the seemingly interminable process with kindness, professional acumen, and unflagging sympathy; it was in large part due to her undaunted service that what would have been a one-star review has been set aside for a five-star review.

I ordered a glass magnetic dry erase board and when it arrived the color was much brighter than pictured. Bella helped me with the return and replacement board. We ended up keeping both in the end but Bella was outstanding! Great customer service with a tricky situation.

Great quality and friendly customer service!

We're so happy with the Conference Room chairs we purchased from OfficeChairsUSA on-line. They answered any questions, provided us with a detailed quote. Placing the order was really easy. The chairs were packaged securely. No issues. Required minimal assembly. These are high quality Kimbell chairs and should last a long time. Model# KIM-K57CSMB Niles Mid-Back Conference Room Chairs.

These are for my waiting room in my vet practice. They were very easy to put together! Ordered 4 sets and had them together in about 5-10 minutes each. Look great. Wipe off easily. Time will tell how well they hold up to dog nails on them but so far they are amazing!

Excellent customer service, quality and delivery. Got fast, professional quote on the model I was looking at. Was able to order it right away, and it delivered timely. The chair was easy to put together. Highly recommend OfficeChairsUSA!

Customer Service was great. Got our replacement parts for a broken chair quickly. Highly recommend this company.

There really isn't much to say- the customer service was exceptional, correspondence was prompt and they genuinely cared about me and my purchase, and the chair I bought is perfect for my needs. I'm one very happy customer!

I've been purchasing for my library system for 15+ years, and by far OfficeChairsUSA surpasses other companies in all areas, especially in their Customer Service. They are my "go to" for all seating needs.

I love my new chair!! Thank you for the great customer service. :)

Many choices of chairs and colors. Ordering was very simple. Communication was excellent. The quality and ergonomics of the chair speak for themselves.
