Exceptional Product and Customer Service

The customer service was top notch, there were SO MANY varieties of upholstery to choose from, the delivery was quick and the product is superb! This could not have been a better experience! I look forward to working with you in the future if ever I need to :)

I searched far and wide for just the right adjustable chair to fit at my counter height hobby desk. I wanted all the following features: adjustable height and back, comfortable (both seat and back), easy gliding castors that wouldn't damage my hardwood floor, customizable - color & fabric (free samples available), option for no arms, reasonably priced, well- made, and easy to assemble. This chair has all that! I chose the "Sherlock - Grade 2" fabric and love it! The seat cushion is thick and comfortable/the back piece is also well-cushioned, supportive and comfortable. And, I love the adjustability from counter height to bar height - it's like two chairs for the price of one! Once I placed my order, I received my custom chair in about 2 weeks. Customer service was excellent throughout the process. Only feature missing IMHO is the option for an all fabric back piece vs. fabric front view/plastic back view. Other than that minor critique, this is the perfect adjustable desk chair. Highly recommend!

The chair was perfect and better than expected. Well built and sturdy.

My chair is sturdy and rolls easily on my glass floor mat. And I love the color!

This is the most comfortable office chair that I have used in more than 20 years of doing office work. It is sturdy and well-made. I also received excellent customer service when I had questions before ordering the chair.

I order seat covers for a functional but damaged HAG chair and now the chair is like new! The order was quick and easy and the upholstery options were seemingly endless! It was a wonderful experience!

Nice product without breaking the bank

We love our chairs! Great quality and very durable. And also easy to keep clean. Very satisfied.

I ordered a Eurotech Vera chair which was missing an armchair screw, a backrest screw and the headrest. I called and spoke with Dave who told me they would take care of the issue and shortly thereafter received an email from Isabella who told me they were shipping the missing parts within 48 hours which is exactly what happened. I received the chair on Tuesday and the parts will arrive next Monday so they did a great job. I was able to do a temporary fix with screws from the hardware store just to be able to use the chair and it is very comfortable. Eurotech makes a great chair, they just need to package them more securely to avoid lost screws. The screws were loose in the box and the tape was thin and broke along the edges allowing several screws to fall out in transit. The takeaway is that I still have a high opinion of Eurotech as far as comfort and quality. Both people at Office Chairs USA did a great job getting the parts shipped rapidly which was excellent on their part. Based on how this was resolved I would have no reservations ordering from either company again. Mistakes happen but some companies handle them well and some don't. This was definately handled very well.

Great! Packaging, design, comfort, style all Great. Assembly; simple, no tools, four parts, three steps, one minute. Standout piece in our almost finished and newly remodeled home office.Thank God I came acroos your website online during my search. The rep I spoke with when I ordered the chair was a great start to the process.
