I found the part I was looking for and I paid a little extra to have it shipped quickly with a promised date of 12 July and I hadn’t received any notice notification of shipment so I went back to the website to check on my order and it just said on order so I contacted the dealership the person who is in charge of the orders and has access to that system was not at work that day. They asked me to call back the next day, but then I received a notification of shipment and I did not receive until the 17th so I don’t understand why the date of 12th was given for shipping or delivery, but I didn’t get it until five days later I needed this part in order to drive my car. It’s been a hardship being without transportation, so that’s why I’m giving three stars because it took so much longer to get the part.

When I ordered the part, I reached out on several occasions wondering about the order. No one got back with me. I actually thought I was being scammed and was preparing to order the part through a different option and contacting my card company. Had someone simply reached out and said the order is delayed because we are attempting to receive the part from its' source, I would have understood. This should be a common practice to update the buyer when their order is delayed. But I'm glad to see it is finally shipped.

Everything was great, except the packaging of my disc brake rotors. One of them was damaged, but mostly because of the poor packing job. At least the claims process with the company you use was super simple and easy and no hassle, but it would be even better if you packaged the orders better. All in all still a very good experience and I will order in the future.
