This applies to some, not all. Parts lists as VIN compatible, yet don't fit other OEM part. Return policy subtracts too much money from original purchase amount upon return. Reps argumentative.

Super expensive plastic cover

Came in Fed-Ex box that is square and without damage. Inside the box how ever is the opposite. The Charcoal canister part is fine to the eye, I will install it anyways to see if it works, because I need the car. But, it doesn't give me confidence to wait a while for a part to get to me and when it does it looks like someone kicked and stomped on it. And it being a $2-300 part that is not available quickly makes me second guessed my purchase. The online experience was at least pleasant, as it caught that I got the wrong part, which was extremely similar to what I needed.
