Way better than going through actual toyotas page. Their site is so jacked up you're never sure it's the right part. With omepartsonline I love having the diagram providing direct links to the part selected. Removes the guess work. Pricing it right on par as well.

I received the correct parts and they are working well. Good communication through out.

The part performed as described. however, critical components to the succesful installed were ommited. We had to re-use gaskets from the old part. This is not a complete sale.

I had very good experience with the team. I had to call a few times to get what I needed. The main suggestion I have is about shipping. A signature was required for UPS to drop the box in front of my house. Nobody was home when UPS came. They were not clear on what I need to do and my package was delayed 4 days (also because of the memorial holiday). Next time, could you offer shipping without signature? I understand if you can't. But please let us know about it. Thank you.
