I finally got my parts in after a 4 day delay due to my home town post office. No answer why, post office just apologize for delay. Online ordering went very well with AZ Ford parts dealership. They communicated by e-mail that the FORD website recommended wrong part number and asked to change to the right part number. All parts present in order. I would do it again.

Everything was as expected

I had a problem with my order, where the intake manifold gasket picture showed 4 gasket rings but only 1 was sent. A misunderstanding on my part and a lack of clarity on the site's part. But the main problem is that I submitted a service request asking how to resolve this hoping to not have to pay the full $15 for shipping again for the other three, but they never replied. So I cut my losses and ordered elsewhere. I need to know that someone real is backing the orders I place.
