The parts were perfect but the took a long time and there was a delay apparently to “double check” what I ordered. Is this some new Ai to cut down on returns? Because it seemed to delay my order by a factor of days. You should realize I couldn’t drive my car until I got the parts.

Got the exact Toyota OE part I needed in just a few days.

Overall very satisfied. The only suggestion would be availability for more cost effective overnight or two day shipping service - important in urgent need purchases. Otherwise several purchases have been very good!

Ordering part was smooth and seamless, however, when I received my order I was shorted 3 of the 4 gaskets I ordered. 84135650 Catalytic Converter Gasket $7. 63 4 $30. 52 Gordon Chevrolet has been notified of said deficiency. Everything else with the order was perfect.

Transaction did not go smoothly, but they were responsive and tried to resolve.

Found the parts I needed at a reasonable price, but the shipping was almost as much as the parts, and it took almost two weeks to arrive. I'll look elsewhere next time.
