I ordered some dealer items only. I received them fast and didn’t have to chase parts. They were delivered straight to the house. Thank you, I will be shopping with you again.

The only problem I had is I paid for next day and the parts showed up 2 days instead of next day.

Order was placed on a Saturday, so understood that they didn’t process it immediately. Shipping label was created on Tuesday but USPS didn’t receive it until Saturday. Lots of wasted time getting my parts to USPS.

Beautiful aluminum and colored door sill scuff plates. Genuine BMW part purchased for almost 1/2 the cost vs the dealership. They should include installation (measurements and photos) however most dealerships will install these as a courtesy at no cost. This is a standard part installed in all new 2026 X3s. . .

Awesome place to buy OEM BMW parts. Top tier service, added the wrong bolt to my order (could not find the correct bolt) they called due to the bolt not matching with the vin of my car. Described the location of the bolt and they swapped out the bolt in the order.
