I have made purchases on two occasions and on both occasions the delivery time has been slow (7 business days). I feel that they could improve their delivery times. As for the products they sell, I have no complaints; they are original spare parts.

It's ironic that I'm getting a "rate your experience" email when I still haven't received the order as of yet. The website was the standard Honda OEM offering so helpful/useful as the rest. Their prices were a tad higher than some others but they didn't gouge me on shipping/handling which I appreciated, so went with them. But I'm currently at 10 days since placing the order (no holidays in between) and I still don't have the order. It took 4 days just to ship and I "should" have it today, but that's what USPS said yesterday too so we'll see. I understand that some of this is USPS related but 4 days for it to actually reach USPS isn't great either. . .
