Part was available and staff was courteous when I called for updates

Very good experience

Easy to order and quick shipping. Thank you!

Part for my 2001 Audi TT that controls turn signals was 50% of local Audi dealer even including shipping. I wanted to make sure it was an Audi part because saw problem reviews of parts from China. Purchased from an online Audi dealer that I wasn’t aware it was part of OEMPARTSONLINE. only drawback was I had wait about a week

No fault of yours but the package was ripped open in several places. luckily I believe everything was in tact and not damaged (hopefully). I would have been or will be extremely upset if this is damaged in any way. It makes me fearful of ordering on line.

perfect fit

Received original parts with quick shipping

I still do not have the part, should have been delivered on 10/14/26 which was 2 weeks of waiting. Its not been delivered. Can't drive my car.

Good experience. Good communication.

On time , as promised

The items I ordered (some stock, some special order) all arrived in a short period of time. The items fit perfectly and helped to bring my Subaru up to new condition.

Damien was most helpful in confirming we ordered the correct part for our Audi and also fixed a payment issue (our fault). Received what we ordered faster than expected, packed well and in great condition. Much appreciated!

Great experience - part was exact OEM and fit perfectly

My order was delivered as promised. I do understand that the post office is slow these days so that is not the seller's fault. I will be installing the new thermostat I ordered and will report later on that.

Fast!!!

Straightforward to order

Exactly what I needed and as described great buyer experience.

Needed a new tweeter for the left side of my dash and got a perfect replacement! Second part I’ve ordered from oemparts, and both have been 10/10

Item arrived on time and was nicely wrapped,

Helped us make sure we needed the proper wheels for our vehicle. We ordered and they have been shipped. Thank. you.
