I have used this site twice to obtain parts and the transactions are always easy to process and quick on delivery. The only issue I have is that for whatever reason, I do not receive the order confirmations in my Gmail account nor am I able to login to the site. Does anyone know why this occurs?

Part needed were in stock, shipped quickly, and fit perfectly. Online reviews stated the this OEM part which is time consuming to replace is of much higher quality and lasts much longer than after market knock offs. So glad OEM Parts had what I needed. Price was very reasonable and I saved a ton of money replacing it myself rather than paying labor fees. It was easy, but time consuming.

A little on the slow side getting here, but overall I'm Satisfied.

I ordered my parts on Memorial Day weekend knowing they wouldn’t ship until Tuesday. I got a confirmation Tuesday that they were shipped. I checked UPS tracking and shipping details and it said shipped 2nd day air. I pad for expedited shipping. I should have received my parts Thursday, but did not receive them until 7:00ish Friday night. That was more than 2 days so I requested a refund for my expedited shipping, no answer. I think I will deal with Ford directly or a different supplier that’s trustworthy.

I ordered a starter for my Ford Mustang from OEM Parts and it was the best price I could find anywhere. The starter arrived yesterday, approximately 4 days after I ordered it. It is a new starter manufactured by Ford Motorcraft and appears to be the correct one. There is a $35 core charge that I receive for returning the old starter. It was shipped by All American Ford in NJ with no instructions on returning it other than a label on the box that says to use the same box when returning it. Now I imagine I send the old one back to All American Ford but it would have been nice to have some instructions in the box, or emailed from OEM Parts exactly what the core return procedure is.
