The order was delivered in a timely manner. the part was exact match and installed easy.

Exact parts and shipping fast but the description for the flange bolt were wrong its should be 10 pcs not one

my experience with OEM parts online was exceptional... it was mailed promptly and overall i received excellent service... until the USPS took over... the package moved from MN to Dallas making good time in about a day and a half... it then took a tour of TX going from dallas to corpus cristy then to san antoinio back to dallas... before heading to its destination... it got here in time to wait at the post office through the holiday... this is an experience that i have had with the USPS in texas before...

Accidentally ordered the wrong part and needed to return it. After ordering the correct part I filed for a return request and no further instructions were given! I’ve had to call multiple times on what I should do next and I understand I can cover the shipping for the return but not $50-$80 in shipping costs! I don’t understand if I was able to order the part and shipping only cost me around $12 then why is it going to cost me so much more to return it? I use the same box the previous one came in and it’s too expensive! It would be nice if you all could provide the shipping label and just deduct the shipping cost from the return!

The part was a bit pricey and two day shipping took more than 4 days. But, I’m happy with the item. Thank you.

Not only that, but I was buying the Honda civic all weather floor mats & the product picture only showed the driver and passenger mats , so to my surprise when i opened the package it also came with the backseat mat as well. Awesome! The spelling of civic on them really adds a nice touch
