I looked on the internet for new windscreen wiper arms for my 2010 Ford Ranger. It turns out that they’re hard to find. I found original parts at Stilwell Ford. A week later the were installed on my truck.

They shipped ups, ups would not leave it at my door. I was home waiting the second day and ups didn’t even stop! When I called ups they told me ford says signature required! I e mailed ford and said no it’s ups not them! Anyway I had to take two days off just to receive my package! When I finally received it the driver never asked for my signature!

They could atleast tell you when they see you ordering them that they aren’t included. Any good parts guy would do that, they’re not supposed to be reused.
