After scouring the internet searching for a replacement seat bottom cushion for my 2010 Fusion, I found OEM Ford Parts Outlet on eBay. I sent a message asking if they had one available and Kaiden responded that if I to sent the VIN, would look for me. After 2 days, Kaiden responded back that a thorough search turned up the cushion I need is a discontinued part, however I was given the OEM part number for both the cushion and seat cover. Even though I was not able to purchase the part, I want to especially thank Kaiden for help in attempting to locate a new seat bottom. Most places would have just told me "Not Available" and left it at that, but Kaiden took the time to search every possibility for me before finally letting me know it is no longer available. It is customer service like this that results in repeat business, and I will definitely use OEM Ford Parts Outlet for any future parts I need for my Fusion. Thank you Kaiden!!!!
