The Product I purchased fit my vehicle perfectly, arrived quickly and reasonably priced.

I spoke with the lady in the parts department and had a great pleasant experience with this young lady. She took care of the problem that I was having super fast and super efficient will order from again.

I placed an order. During the whole process, I was informed when the order was complete and when it shipped. It arrived in one piece not like the one I ordered from another Ford dealership. I can’t say enough about how fast it came thank you.

After providing my VIN and a clear description that I need the rear speaker, I got a rear door speaker for about $60. Good price, wrong part. So I went through the hoops to return it. 20% restocking fee, so subject $12. UPS shipping was $32, so subject that. I would have a net return of $16. Not worth returning. I will put it on Ebay for $30 and probably have to take less to sell it.

The part was exactly what I needed. It shipped quickly and was well packaged.

Part came when expected. Refund for core deposit was credited as soon as the used part was received. Great service!

The buying experience was good. I bought a signal light lever for a 2003 Ford Ranger. It did not fix the problem which turned out to be a relay in the wiring. Not your fault of course and I did go ahead and use the signal light lever. I would buy from you again since I try to stay OEM.
