The last part I ordered was not the part I wanted so I sent it back. The employee was nice about it and I wasn't going to argue with her so I just asked for a return label and delt with it. I lost 10% of my bill and had to pay shipping cost but what can I do? I do still need parts and will continue to buy from your warehouse.

Ordered an exhaust, was damaged in a previous shipment to another customer still having the RMA in the box. Ford refunded the purchase. I reordered the exhaust, funds were drawn out and nothing happened for a week. Apparently they started to process the order and tried to charge the card again. Because it was a card used for online purchases and the funds had been withdrawn previously it was denied. So ford reversed the charges and refunded the charged for the order. What a disaster !
