Product worked perfectly. However I called to make sure the antenna cable would be shipped UPS. It was instead shipped USPS. I didn't get the part in time to install it. My vacation was bad with no radio to listen to driving across the state.

Delivery OK. Customer service took some time to insure correct parts. Ford diagram called out plastic covers as insulators. (7C3Z-2500155A) They are just plastic caps which were easy to reuse. I didn’t need them. Also, I would have liked some support guidance of a technical nature from Ford instead of having to reference aftermarket vendors for their instruction sheets concerning e-brake cable disconnect, and bolt heating to remove old mounts. Customer service could also have recommended Ford blue thread locker sealant.

The part was well packaged, fit great and is performing phenomenally. The only reason I am putting this at 4 starts is due to the shipping cost. Even though this part with the expensive shipping was still cheaper than getting it from my local Ford dealership it still shouldn't be that much.

I had difficulty finding a wiper control arm that worked on my 2017 F250. After market parts did not work. I ordered an arm with you guys and received an email from Kaiden that the arm I had ordered was not correct.
