Product went bad after 1 week in my truck

Parts came from Barstow Ford in Florida had missing hardware from the box had to delay the install. They did overnight it for next following Monday. Because of the missing parts and delay now it’s costing me more for the install had lift the bed twice! Customer Service from Barstow Ford. Terrible. Did not want to help me on a credit basically told me it’s too bad.

Website is top notch. Easy to find information. Tech was very helpful, and knowledgeable about the product. Pricing is astounding compared to the dealerships in TX. Fashion shipping, part arrived in perfect shape.

I had issues getting them paid for my order because of a fraudulent charge investigation going on. But we were able to get it done. He was very patient and helpful, so that’s the reason for the 5 stars
