First of all they couldn’t even put my address right. Lucky I use the tracker to know that they couldn’t deliver it. Second the website is misleading. Does not say how many come in a package yet I am somehow supposed to know. Picture showed quantity of 4 and they sent me one claiming that’s how they do it. Third the shipping charge is ridiculous. $10 for something that could fit in an envelope. I will never recommend this page as it’s an absolute joke.

Evidently they wont ship order without a VIN. But they will let you submit order and take your money. Delayed shipping by 3 days. . almost lost my customer due to this issue. Glad I saw the email from them asking for VIN or I guess I would have never received. Poor website design

I like dealing with oemford parts but they need to add shipping options other than usps. I ordered parts and requested expited shipping but still over week out when was supposed to be delivered 3/4 days

Delivery took a little longer than expected. Part was exactly as requested.

I tried to order off app but it would not let me proceed to payment. I tried several phone numbers listed on the ford app , but none was answered. Finally after much searching I found a number that actually had a person answered and could not complete the process but provided me a link which allowed me to actually complete the sale. That was on May 22, 2025. Today is June 2, 2025 and I have not ,as of this writing, received the merchandise. It seems to be lost somewhere in Kernersville NC. Patience for a while longer and I will be requesting a refund.
