Parts came from Barstow Ford in Florida had missing hardware from the box had to delay the install. They did overnight it for next following Monday. Because of the missing parts and delay now it’s costing me more for the install had lift the bed twice! Customer Service from Barstow Ford. Terrible. Did not want to help me on a credit basically told me it’s too bad.
