OEM Ford is fantastic. First, they corrected my parts order when they noticed I orded the wrong part for my truck. Then, when I remedied the issue with my truck without using the part (cam shaft position sensor) they walked me through the return. They were very responsive!

OEM Ford Parts, came out quick and accurate for two F150 actuators. Finding the part, having it in inventory are very important but that is where it began to get disappointing. Although quick and even overnight shipping is on the search ads, it is NOT offered in the shipping portion of the order placement. Consequently, it was sent USPS 😱 or as slooow as possible. Very discouraging. If a customer wants to pay for a rush delivery, make it possible. No where did the order form offer Overnite or 2 day delivery. OEM Ford Parts drops the ball here. If your truck is down you need overnight delivery.
