I order control arms for my truck and when they showed up they were not in great shape, thanks to the delivery guy for asking if about them. After taking pics and sending it to OEM Ford. They contacted me the next day and had the new order on it's way and thank me for my understanding. I am very happy with the support and the parts worked out great.
