Part I needed was available, and shipped quickly. Received item in packaging that had been through some things but the item had been well wrapped and was free of defects. Overall the experience was great and will be using them again for parts for my truck.

Shipping took a little bit long just because of the weather and the holiday on Monday October 12. It eventually arrived and installed on the 14th. No problems with the install and alternator work great

Check my order. I ordered 2 air filters. I received one. I got all the oil filters. After waiting almost 10 days. The invoice clearly states that 4 oil filters and 2 air filters were ordered. You had your shot. I tried.

Never received the part I ordered!

The package took way too long to be shipped, and when it was shipped, it came in an old Amazon box that looks like it had been dragged across the country.

Took too long to process the order and the part is not like the original ev though it is OEM and the same part number. Appears just to be a dealorship masking itself as ford direct parts.

I ordered a part for my 2022 Ford Edge and the garage I go to said “we don’t install customer provided parts. ”! Who knew? Lol. But oemford parts refunded me for the cost of the part as soon as they received it! Great Job!!!
