It took over a month to get the bed cover from EGR, but some of that was due to issues with the way Amazon sent the order to EGR. Ultimately, I ordered directly from EGR and after working through some issues, they shipped the bed cover and I received it within a week. I was able to speak to a service rep quickly. They did resolve the issues, although I did have to follow up to find out that the issue was resolved even though they were supposed to get back to me.
