Overall I like the fit, but the matte ended up being a miss for me. This vehicle already has huge blind spots and these create an even bigger blind spots. Clear would be better and I wish I would have got those - plus they would match the door trim better too. Otherwise, quality is good, and they fit well. I just think they create a major safety issue and will likely replace these soon as I’ve already had a few close calls.
Support doesnt respond - this place sucks never got it
Very good
I don't usually leave negative reviews but it's hard not to with the horrible service from EGRUSA. I ordered one thing and received another. After multiple phone calls, emails with pictures, voicemails, I have yet to receive what I originally ordered. ZERO response from anyone on the matter. Good luck getting someone to answer the phone. And when they did they sounded so inconvenienced and never did what they said they were going to. At this point I'm stuck with something I didn't order and no response from anyone in the company. Super disappointing! Buyer beware!
Look great, easy to install, and the fit is perfect. Highly recommended.
I waited to write this review because of the ordeal I have been through. First and foremost, the electric retractable bed cover for my 2026 Chevy Silverado 1500 ZR2 is absolutely fantastic and best in class, without a doubt. If you want a super high quality bed cover, than EGR is the way to go. This is where my good review ends. The flaw in all this is the install and the list of authorized installers. I called a few local authorized installers near me and it took talking with a few companies to finally get one to say they could do it. The installer I chose was in Glendora, CA and said they could do it. They installed it but the bed cover never functioned properly. After having my truck for several days and supposedly working with EGR, they still were not able to make the bed cover work as designed. After my multiple conversations with EGR, I was directed to an installer in San Dimas, CA who were "experts" in installing this type of bed cover. The San Dimas, CA installer also had difficulties and asked EGR to send them some new parts to see if that would fix the problem. Fast forward and almost 4. 5 months later, the installer in San Dimas, CA finally figured out what the problem was. Apparently, because my truck is the ZR2 model that was a different module setup connection. Once they hooked the module up the correct way, the bed cover worked perfectly and as designed. Frustrating to say the least and I was spent well over 1K in installation fees with both installers. I also had emailed EGR with a long summary of what I am going through and received ZERO response, which is very disappointing. I definitely recommend the bed cover but before you spend 2-3K, make sure you have an installer that is competent. EGR needs to update and vet their installers better because as a business, having your product installed properly is more valuable than the product itself, in my opinion.
Great service!
Na
The adhesive tape wasn't strong enough and wasn't weather-resistant; it didn't last more than two weeks before blowing off in the wind during one of our trips. The car's appearance is now uneven, as I only have the rain guard on one side—the driver's side window.
Everyone was helpful.
I was a little skeptical about the EGR RollTrac tonneau cover at first since there aren’t many detailed reviews or videos online. I originally purchased a DiamondBack cover, but the way it clamps to the bed left a lot to be desired. The C-clamp style mounting just didn’t feel as secure. I decided to try the manual EGR RollTrac cover, and I’m glad I did. It’s a solid and well built. The best thing is that it bolts directly to the factory bed rails instead of relying on flimsy clamps. The construction is solid, the cover rolls very smoothly, and the overall fit and finish are clean and sharp. It really looks great installed. The locking mechanism feels strong and secure. I did have a small amount of water come in after using a pressure washer while washing the truck, but I haven’t applied silicone to the back yet as recommended in the instructions. I’ve had no issues at all with regular rain or dust. Overall, I’m very happy with it. I would absolutely recommend the EGR RollTrac and would purchase it again.
Good fit and looks really good on my 2020 Colorado. Could use a few more clips for tight fit.
It works as intended. One of the biggest disappointments in a rolling cover. Still difficult to pull closed. For the money, the roll cover is not worth the premium charged.
These flares actually fit (unlike some cheaper options you might find on Amazon). No drilling or mods needed. Clips on and uses factory holes and fasteners otherwise and fits PERFECT. Looks like factory, very robust and quality finish.
Fits nice and looks good
Satisfied customer once I reminded the company to ship the bought for item.
They are PERFECT!!
I would purchase EGR again.
Great product
Cover is great, but haven't received my strap yet.
