We purchased two Tosca duffle bags from the NZ Luggage Company over a year ago. The purchase and delivery was quick and seamless. Although initially pleased with the bags, one had the stitching fail on the outside pocket. After contacting Terry at the company we arranged for the bag to be appraised locally. After a recommendation the bag should be replaced Terry replied promptly and a refund was made to our account. Terry and the NZ Luggage Company were quick to honour the bags guarantee and this is especially commendable from a company marketing goods online. My suitcase was damaged and I needed proof of purchase. Of course I'd deleted my email receipts. I emailed luggage.co.nz and they provided me a copy from my vague 'probably early 2021' specification. Brilliant customer service!
