Ordered a big duffel bag, and has excellent prompt shipping for it. Once it arrivesld, there was a supplier error and a shoulder strap was missing. Once I got in touch with customer service I was incredibly impressed by their prompt acknowledgement of the issue and swift investigation to find out what went wrong. Once discovered, they sent out a strap for me to complete the order. I was incredibly impressed by their swift work and high levels of communication, and smooth resolving of an issue that arose from their supplier making a mistake, and there were absolutely no issues of their own. Very happy with the product and the service, and will certainly be buying from this site again! Big thank you to Kate in particular for her efforts in helping me.
