Yesterday morning I ordered 2 piece Pilot Collection. They arrived at my office at 0830 this morning. One of the most user friendly online store I have used. Both suitcases are perfect and as described and are a quality product.

he customer received the product; the store shipped it very quickly.

Excellent product and service

Fantastic Suitcases and Excellent Service!

Fantastic service.

Thy delivered promptly, no issues at all, would happily use again

Shipping and service was great. NZ post use common sense when leaving parcels - mine was left at front door in full view and could have been left at back door for safety.

Fast delivery

A short while ago I left a review, stating my dissapointment with a Caselite Suitcase. I was contacted by NZ luggage Co, who politely pointed out they don’t stock that brand. Please be aware that there is another company called Luggage . co. nz, whom I purchased the suitcases from. My apologies to NZ Luggage company and thankyou them for their understanding.

Great thanks

easy to order from and very prompt sending and receiving order
