Yesterday morning I ordered 2 piece Pilot Collection. They arrived at my office at 0830 this morning. One of the most user friendly online store I have used. Both suitcases are perfect and as described and are a quality product.

Shipping and service was great. NZ post use common sense when leaving parcels - mine was left at front door in full view and could have been left at back door for safety.

A short while ago I left a review, stating my dissapointment with a Caselite Suitcase. I was contacted by NZ luggage Co, who politely pointed out they don’t stock that brand. Please be aware that there is another company called Luggage . co. nz, whom I purchased the suitcases from. My apologies to NZ Luggage company and thankyou them for their understanding.
